Delivery

Delivery (Approx 1-4 weeks)

Small Items - Small items that are non-fragile will be sent using standard post or courier service.

Medium Items - Items that are fragile or slightly heavier will be sent using a courier service and can take slightly longer thhan small items to be delivered.

Large Items - Items of furniture will be sent using a courier service and delivered to the room of preference. We will call you whilst the order is pending with a delivery quote. When ordering please be sure to supply us with as much delivery information as possible like How many flights of stairs? Are there any difficult parking restrictions? Is there a lift? This way we can get a detailed and accurate quote for you.

To deliver outside the UK, please call us regarding your order and and we will put together a quote for your shipping.

Collection Instore

You can collect your goods directly from our showroom in Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG14 1JA. Please be sure to bring ID and order confirmation with you, this is for security reason for us to release the goods.

You can also send your own arranged transportation to collect from Harwood Homes. If you are doing this, please ensure you have emailed us prior to day of collection with order number, date of collection and company who is acting on your behalf. We will take a signature from the delivery driver on collection.

When collecting by yourself or someone on your behalf, please understand that no claims can be made for damaged goods once the collection has been signed.
